Since 1962 Acredale House Day Centre has been offering a range of Services to older people in Bathgate and the surrounding areas.
Situated within Bathgate Town Centre Acredale provides a Day Care Service catering for up to 20 clients a day. We offer a wide range of activities providing both physical and mental stimulation, a daily exercise programme as well as companionship, fun and laughter. All clients receive a two course home cooked meal, with snacks and drinks throughout the day. As well as our day centre we offer an outreach service whereby we can visit clients within their own homes for a minimum period of two hours allowing us to create a individualised plan tailored to their individual needs considering hobbies and past times as well as the introduction of new activities.
In addition to supporting our clients we provide support and advice to family members and carers, we offer guidance through the referral process and available funding options for our Services.
